Daniella Brown started her dance career at age 4 when she began taking classes under Kimberly Norrington in Springfield, Massachusetts. Daniella is trained in Frank Hatchett’s VOP Jazz dance style along with Ballet, Tap, Modern, African and Hip-Hop. Daniella founded Uzuri Dance Company at Temple University in 2013 and has traveled to India and Nicaragua studying dance as a spiritual/therapeutic healing art. Daniella became Settlement Music School’s Kaleidoscope Preschool Creative Movement Instructor at the Germantown Branch in 2015 and also teaches Jazz dance classes with Settlement Music School programs.  While working towards her M.S in Dance/Movement Therapy from Pratt Institute, Daniella has experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, youth in treatment foster care and autism spectrum disorder.  Daniella continues to dance and perform professionally throughout Pennsylvania and the tri-state area.
