Autumn Wright is a dance/movement therapist who believes true wholeness exists within the relationship between mind and body. Autumn believes that through a body-based approach that emphasizes innate strength and creativity, one can cultivate joy and safety within the body. Autumn received her Bachelor’s of Arts from Temple University in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies and went on to receive her Master’s of Science from Sarah Lawrence College in Dance/Movement Therapy. Autumn has provided therapeutic care across settings including community mental health, behavioral health, residential facilities, and educational settings. Autumn is a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist with the American Dance Therapy Association.
