Lena Wendt graduated from Temple University in 2013 with a Bachelors of Music in Music Therapy. She has enjoyed providing music therapy through the Settlement Music School for 2 years. Her primary instrument is voice. She also plays classical and acoustic guitar, piano, and ukulele. During her internship, she worked with adults with HIV/AIDS and mental health diagnoses in a community integrated recovery center in Philadelphia. She also has experience providing music therapy for older adults, and children with social deficits. In addition to providing music therapy, she also has worked as a personal care assistant for children with developmental delays in the preschool setting. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, baking, knitting, and being with her family.
