Timothy Brown is a native of Columbus, OH, where he graduated from Capital University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance. He also received a Master’s Degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ. He is currently the music director and organist for historic Christ Episcopal Church in Riverton, NJ. He also performs frequently throughout the NJ/PA are as a soloist, accompanist, and chamber musician. He has served as an accompanist for VOICES Chorale, The Capital Singers of Trenton, RVSS Chorale, The New Jersey Gay Men’s Chorus, The Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus, The Princeton Ballet School, Westminster Choir College, and Princeton University. As a chorister, he has sung with Cantus Novus (formerly The Bucks County Motet Singers), The Capital Signers of Trenton, Caritas Chamber Chorale and the Madrigal Singers (Cranford/Westfield, NJ). Active in musical theatre, Tim has worked with many schools, universities and theater companies throughout the area as a pianist and musical director. He also appears frequently as a cabaret artist at venues throughout the area including Salon 33, Stockton Inn, The Bucks County Cabaret and the 1867 Sanctuary.
