Dr. Ivonne Chand O’Neal

Dr. Ivonne Chand O’Neal is a nationally recognized arts-impact researcher and cultural strategist whose work helps educators understand how creativity, belonging, and the arts shape learning. Founder and Chief Research Officer of MUSE Research, she has led evaluation and research initiatives for major arts, education, and cultural organizations, including the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. With a PhD in Cognitive Psychology and deep expertise in arts integration, equity, and program evaluation, Dr. Chand O’Neal brings a dynamic, evidence-based perspective to professional development for teachers.
