Assistant Teacher

Yvette Dorsey is an assistant pre-kindergarten classroom teacher at Settlement Music School. She holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education from the Community College of Philadelphia and has worked with children for over eight years. She is a firm believer that each child can learn at his/her own pace. She is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Additionally, she has gone through extensive training to become a certified treatment foster parent. She has cared for several families over the years and in the last two and a half years, has been caring for four siblings. Mollett has one biological son, Joseph, and a husband, Maurice.
