Cellist Jacob Ginn enjoys a multifaceted career in music as both a performer and educator. He received his B.M. from the University of Arizona and M.M. from the University of Utah, both on full scholarship. Jacob is the cello instructor at Germantown Academy and previously taught in the University of Utah Preparatory Division and University of Arizona String Project. He frequently appears with the Tucson Symphony Orchestra, Tucson Pops, and Grammy-nominated True Concord Voices and Orchestra. During the summers, Jacob has received fellowships to attend Round Top Festival Institute, Texas Music Festival, and Britt Festival. When not thinking about music, Jacob enjoys traveling, hiking/trail running, and trying out new types of food.
