Organist and early keyboard specialist Kathleen Scheide earned degrees at New England Conservatory and the University of Southern California. Dr. Scheide has concertized as a throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, the Far East and the Caribbean. She is a published composer with a large imprint discography. She also teaches at several local colleges. Scheide lives in a 17th-century stone house, Wiggan, and plays organ in the 1740 stone barn at Church of the Loving Shepherd, Bournelyf, West Chester. Dr. Scheide is a Past Dean of the American Guild of Organists, San Diego Chapter, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Chapter. She was a Founding Member and of the San Diego Harpsichord Society and the Western Early Keyboard Society.
