Katie Hahn joined the Settlement Music School’s faculty in 2023. Katie studied at the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University, where she obtained a master’s degree in Voice Performance/Pedagogy under the tutelage of Dr. Carl DuPont. She is also an alumnus of Temple University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Voice Performance. A natural performer, Katie’s repertoire demonstrates versatility and includes musical theater, contemporary works, early music, and standard operatic works. In her studio she encourages students to cultivate consistency, providing tools for students to improve their singing through deliberate practice and establishing personalized goals to be achieved through healthy vocal habits.
