Noelle Horrell is currently an elementary general music and chorus teacher in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She performs often and in a variety of settings, from weekly church services and a cappella groups to the occasional musical. She was also the lead vocalist in a local cover band from 2023 to 2026, singing radio hits in genres like rock, country, pop, and R&B. Her newest project is singing soprano for the Delaware Choral Scholars at the 2027 ACDA conference and the 2027 World Choir Games.

After beginning her journey studying voice under Jody Kidwell in 2016, Noelle attended Temple University for her undergraduate degree, where she continued her vocal training with Dr. Kathryn Leemhuis. She received her master’s degree in music education from West Chester University in 2023.

Noelle’s teaching philosophy is founded on the importance of healthy vocal production, with the belief that a strong foundation is the key to being able to sing any genre of music. She is excited to join the faculty at Settlement Music School and provide her students with the tools they need to develop healthy vocal technique and achieve their singing goals.
