Tamara has been teaching piano at Settlement Music School since 1997.  She earned her Master’s Degree in Piano Pedagogy from Moldavian State Conservatory and was fortunate to become a piano student of a well known, talented teacher Yevsey Zak . She participated in many trainings to deepen her teaching experience. Her desire to learn and teach music never ends. It gives her tremendous pleasure and a great feeling of satisfaction to see her students making consistent progress. For her, teaching piano is not a job- it’s a lifelong passion. She is proud to say that one of her piano students has been with her for 18 years and now drives from Maryland every Saturday. Music glued them together!
