Composition

Students learn to compose original music focusing on three main areas; melody, harmony, and instrumentation.

Clarinet

A woodwind instrument with a single-reed mouthpiece, a cylindrical tube with a flared end, and holes stopped by keys.

Cello

The second largest and second lowest instrument in the string family. Its four strings are either plucked or played with a bow.

African Dance

Focusing on arm and feet movements, students (ages 3 to 5) explore a variety of exciting dance movements that were traditionally used as storytelling in Africa.

Hip Hop

Combing urban and street dance styles with freestyle movement, Hip Hop classes give students (age 6 and up) the opportunity to develop their own sense of style.
